Product Description

This is a 5-inch (approx. 15.5cm) plate made from precious cypress wood, turned on a lathe. Because it is a large tree, it has a shrinkage grain that is not found in regular cypress. The beeswax finish brings out the depth of the wood, resulting in a beautiful finish.

Handling Instructions

It is wiped down with beeswax.
Whenever you notice the surface becoming dry (every 3 to 6 months), you can maintain it with oil or beeswax to keep it looking beautiful and protect it from damage.
When using, please refrain from placing anything that contains moisture on the product.
When washing with water, refrain from using scrubbing brushes, etc. After hand washing, wipe with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally.

The color and texture will change over time.
Please enjoy the changes over time.
