Product Description

A block of horse chestnut wood was turned into a 4-inch plate on a lathe. After that, it was colored with lacquer and given a slightly rough texture, resulting in a matte finish that blends in with the decayed wood.
The ink-colored spalted finish that appears in Tochigi wood is faintly visible.

This vessel is made of wood with a wiped lacquer finish, giving it a hard finish while preserving its natural texture.
